Brent Mendelson was introduced to me by a friend of mine.  He spoke highly of Brent's professionalism and knowledge especially in financing VA loans.

I had gone through a foreclosure (from 2 years back) and thought my chances of getting another loan was slim to none.

I spoke to Brent and was surprised to learn that I could still use a portion of my VA home loan benefits.  Brent patiently explained all the documentation I needed to submit and in a blink of an eye, I was waiting for an underwriter's decision.
