Just recently I moved into a new house - on time and on budget. I couldn’t have
done this without the help of several people. One in particular, my loan officer Brent Mendelson, made this move a happy one. As I am sure everyone is aware
getting a loan in these times is difficult to say the least. I stopped counting
all the requirements and bits of info a borrower has to produce. I just know it
was a bunch and I depended very heavily on Brent to guide me through the
process. I am a person who recognizes honesty, efficiency, and reliability. Brent
scores at the top in all three. I could reach him any time of any day when I
needed to. He even followed the deal while he was on vacation. He never missed a
promised delivery, and never wasted my time. Thanks Brent!!

My two cents, this client had VA eligibility and NEVER used it in decades. He said no one had ever talked to him as to why he should. He got a lower rate as a result of talking with me and keeping an open mind.
