VA purchase with 10,000 FHLB grant money!!

Being a military family in a time crunch and first time homebuyers can be very intimidating. In today's world where information is freely available on the Internet it is essential to speak with a professional who evidently knows and understands his market. I would highly recommend Brent especially for the VA loan if you are in the service. Brent quickly laid out our options, sought out the appropriate offers and grants available and guided us carefully through the process.  We closed on time and were able to move into our new home! We are very thankful for all of Brent's hard work and will return to him in the future!

VA purchase new construction

Hi Brent,

I am so sorry it has taken me this long to get this written. Things just got way out of hand since we moved in and still are settling in.  We are ready for your visit any time you want to come out.  We did get that hot tub...so remember we can soak after a long hard day of skiing!  LOL

It's hard for me to put into words exactly how I feel about all that you did for us.  Our dream would not have come true if it were not for your efforts and unconditional support.  You are our hero and champion.  We love you! <The letter she attached is below.>

Sincerely,

To First Mariner Bank,
Our dream was to buy a house of our own and live in peace in a place like heaven.  We found our slice of heaven, but now needed to get a house.  We met Brent through a very good friend of mine, Jen Errichetti with Brandon Green Company at Keller Williams, Washington DC.  Brent is our hero and knight in shining armour. He was our champion in our fight for our house.  He went the extra mile and a half to see our dreams come true.  If it weren’t for Brent and Jenn’s unending and continued support and encouragement we would not have a house, let alone the house of our dreams.
To me, Brent and Jen are family and will always have a room in our house and most importantly in our hearts forever.  Thank you for all you did and continue to do
