This is my 2nd time working with Brent and 1st Mariner Mortgage and I am always honestly surprised at just how professional and easy they make buying a house. 

Brent shows his dedication to his customers through unexpected ways.  He drove 2 hours in traffic to attend closing to make sure that everything went smoothly (which it did).  Brent made himself available to me nights and weekends when I called to ask questions.  I had numerous lenders give me rates and he beat them all.  The rates he offered me were bar none the best I saw.  Lastly, his background on VA loans and how they work made my entire process go smoothly.  I cannot speak more highly about him and working with 1st Mariner Mortgage.

My wife and I were first introduced to Brent Mendelson and 1st Mariner Mortgage through my realtor. It was an excellent choice because Brent did a great job helping guide us through the entire process, offering advice when asked and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. I only had to visit his office once to sign papers that needed an original signature, the remaining paper work was handled electronically. He was quick to respond to questions, and was extremely knowledgeable but not pushy.  After I settled and was in my home for less than a year, he called to suggest a refi. Per his advice, I was able to save $156.00 a month ($1872.00 yr.) and paid most of the closing costs for us. Both the original loan and the refi were quick and easy and I truly trust Brent. If you pick him and his company, he will be with you every step of the way.
