I just wanted to take the time to thank Brent Mendelson on the amazing job he did getting us a mortgage!  After a frustrating few months working with a well-known lender, I contacted Brent to see if he could get the job done faster.  Not only did he spend more time speaking with me within the first few days of the application process than this other lender had for the past few months, but he was honest, told me exactly what needed to be done to get the job finished and took the time to clearly explain any questions or confusion that I had.  Over that month, Brent was an email or phone call away, constantly updating me on the process.  This experience was so different from what I had experienced with this big mortgage lender.  I felt like I was aware of the current loan status and where it would be in processing over the next few weeks, not stuck in underwriting for two months like the other lender!  Amazingly, Brent got it finished within 30 days!  We are only loving our dream home because of Brent’s hard work.  Honest, reliable and efficient are the best ways to describe him.  I highly recommend Brent Mendelson and First Mariner Mortgage to any future homebuyer looking for the best mortgage process.  Being the one of the most stressful experiences I have ever dealt with, Brent made it so much easier.

Hi Brent,

  I am so sorry it has taken me this long to get this written. Things just got way out of hand since we moved in and still are settling in.  We are ready for your visit any time you want to come out.  We did get that hot tub...so remember we can soak after a long hard day of skiing!  LOL

 Our dream was to buy a house of our own and live in peace in a place like heaven.  We found our slice of heaven, but now needed to get a house.  We met Brent through a very good friend of mine, Jen Errichetti with Brandon Green Company at Keller Williams, Washington DC.  Brent is our hero and knight in shining armour. He was our champion in our fight for our house.  He went the extra mile and a half to see our dreams come true.  If it weren’t for Brent and Jenn’s unending and continued support and encouragement we would not have a house, let alone the house of our dreams.
