Brent did an outstanding job in the purchase of my new home.  I had explored other lenders and he was able to offer the most competitive rate and greatest flexibility in structuring my new loan.  He helped me every step of the way from pre-qualification to settlement.  I was most impressed with how how he always took the time to respond to my many questions and in a very timely fashion.   I highly recommend Brent to my family and friends.

VA IRRL refinance with no appraisal.

Brent made our IRRL refinance a reality! VA IRRLs are supposed to be easy, fast, and helpful to the veterans & their families, but I searched for over a month without finding a single lender who actually followed the VA guidelines to not require an appraisal in order to refinance an existing VA loan. My search ended when I decided to call Brent.  I discovered Brent's contact info in a helpful post he wrote on the subject of IRRLs.   During our initial conversation I was impressed with his understanding of the VA process and knowledge of his own companies policies, but I was still cautious.  As I would never be physically in his presence and still required to share my  personal information required to complete the refinance.  To be sure, I took some basic safety steps: I checked Brent's Realtor License # (clear), checked BBB for info on his bank (clear), looked up his office address on Google Street View (it was in fact a real office building), and contacted VA to ensure they were approved VA lenders (clear).  What can I say, I wanted to be sure?

With the detective work done we took the plunge.  Lock in for our rate after the application was quick and with every phone conversation I continued to see the high quality of Brent's work.  I appreciated the effort Brent took in working with our choice of closing location and I am still impressed with his quick response time to aall of our inquiries. It was a pleasure to work with Brent during this process and as a result of our families experience I have already recommended Brent to family and friends who are also Veteran's looking to refinance.  When we return to the market in a few years I will most definitely be calling Brent first!
