I've had the pleasure of working with Brent on two separate occasions with seven years separation in between. Even when we weren't doing business he would call to check on how things were going with my home and send Christmas cards as well. It's those acts of kindness that let me know I'm just not another business transaction to Brent. It was only right for me to contact him when I chose to refinance my house. Being a military family in a time crunch and first time homebuyers can be very intimidating.
