My wife and I were first introduced to Brent Mendelson and 1st Mariner Mortgage through my realtor. Brent was great, always easy to get and he beat the rates of Navy Fed and USAA and by quite a bit.
I was a little worried about using an out of state lender but everything was just as he said it would be and I will come back if we ever move but with the rate he got us it may be awhile.
