CDA/FHA refinance Condo in PG county

I wanted to refi and get out of Maryland's troublesome CDA loan so I could rent my condo and take advantage of lower interest rates. VA purchase 1st time buyers in Texas

We recently used Brent Mendelson to help us buy our first house using a VA loan.  This process was completely new and confusing to us but Brent was very knowledgeable and helped us with every step the entire time.  Even though we were not in the same state we never felt like we did not have his complete attention and always felt very update on each step. He was very easy to get ahold at any time...even during the holidays when we were nearing our closing.  If we ever decide to purchase another house (hopefully not anytime soon!) we will definitely use him again.  We were very pleased with his work!
