Condo refinance, 2nd time clients. FHA to conventional

I wanted to just write and let you know how much we appreciate all you have done  to help us finance Jen’s condo, TWICE!  You have been a wonderful support and guide and we appreciate it very much.  I imagine the days of refinancing are coming to an end soon, with the expected rise in interest rates,  so I am pretty sure this is it for the condo. But again, thanks for all your help and getting us through the process!!

I’ve had the opportunity to work with several loan officers in my life.  Working with Brent Mendelson was clearly the best experience that I have encountered.  He was patient, highly skilled and informative, and implemented all of the required activities in a timely manner.   What lingers in my mind is the follow-up – inevitably, there are answers provided to you that are forgotten, or ones that never crossed your mind during the business at land.  This follow-up and willingness to be available sealed the deal for me! He is an outstanding officer.

 Brent is very easy to work with.  I am very busy during the day and have two small children, so finding the time to refinance was a challenge.  Brent was available by email at all hours and we had some late evening conversations too.  From the application to the closing, Brent was there explaining and facilitating every step of the process, which made it move quickly. 

He brought a human element to the transaction, so it didn’t feel like plugging numbers into a bank form and waiting for an answer.  There was an understanding of our needs and our financial situation. He was able to get us a mortgage that is saving us a substantial amount each month.  He also introduced me to an insurance agent who is also saving us some money.
