Brent has been knowledgeable, informative, pleasant, and always prompt with responses. I wanted to refi and get out of Maryland's troublesome CDA loan so I could rent my condo and take advantage of lower interest rates. Bogman was a dead end and most Loan Officers have no experience with the program. Brent understood the program and knew who to reach out to at Bogman to make things happen.
