Brent is a fantastic loan officer who went above and beyond to
help us with our loan. Brent patiently answered all of our questions (and
we had a lot of them) until we completely understood the answers. He was
readily available to assist us off-hours, which was critical for us as we are
tied up during normal business hours. We ran into some unexpected bumps
in the road during the purchase process, but Brent helped us to find a workable
solution that to help resolve the issues. It was through his efforts of
working directly with the Processors and Underwriters that we were able buy our
dream home. Brent is honest, forthright, dependable, and a client
advocate. We highly recommend Brent and we will definitely use him again in the
future.
