I had the pleasure of working with Brent during a refinance this Spring. During the early stages of the process, we encountered an issue on my credit report from when I changed residences two years ago. Brent immediately mapped out a course of action to get this fixed. After about a week, the issue was fixed and my credit was perfect again. Brent put his customer needs first and was diligent to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. Closing was routine and we encountered no issues. After our loan was sold, another issue came up with the new servicing company. Brent and his team from 1^st Mariner were once again on top of it and worked out the issue with the new servicer. I cannot say enough how pleased I was with him and the 1^st Mariner team.
