I had the pleasure of working
with Brent during a refinance this Spring. During the early stages of the
process, we encountered an issue on my credit report from when I changed
residences two years ago. Brent immediately mapped out a course of action to get
this fixed. After about a week, the issue was fixed and my credit was perfect
again. Brent put his customer needs first and was diligent to ensure I got
exactly what I wanted. Closing was routine and we encountered no issues. After
our loan was sold, another issue came up with the new servicing company. Brent
and his team from 1st Mariner were once again on top of it and
worked out the issue with the new servicer. I cannot say enough how pleased I
was with him and the 1st Mariner team. I will surely recommend him
to my friends and family if they go are buying a new home or looking to
refinance.
