VA IRRL refinance 1st time client

Brent Mendelson was referred to me by a friend and I couldn't be happier with him. He is prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable, and doesn't waste time or beat around the bush. He was excellent to deal with and got us a phenomenal deal.

VA loan purchase in Texas.

I don't know how we can thank you enough for everything you did for our family.  This is a dream home for us and you worked your magic to make sure we got it!! You helped us push through all the paperwork involved with VA...and boy is there a ton, and you felt our pain when we needed "one more document".  Thank you, Thank you Brent!  You were right there next to us EVERY STEP OF THE WAY!  We couldn't have done it without you.

Best Wishes,

David & Lisa Hernandez

Texas VA IRRL refinance

"I have nothing but great things to say about my experience in refinancing my home with Brent Mendelson.  Throughout the entire process of refinancing, it was clear that Brent loves what he does.  After months of dealing with another loan officer who rarely returned my calls and didn't seem to have a clue of what they were doing, it was such a relief dealing with Brent who moved through the process quicker and more efficiently than I ever could have imagined.  A perfect example was one night at 11:52pm I emailed Brent a question concerning documentation for my refinance.  Within minutes he had a detailed response.  He took plenty of time to explain the process and didn't hassle me with a bunch of unnecessary forms like the previous place I'd tried refinancing through.

I live in Texas.  When it was time for me to sign my closing documents, I was in Connecticut for a family reunion so he made the arrangements with the title company and they had a notarizer show up at my parents' house where I was staying.  It was that day that I found out that my payment was even less then was on the original Good Faith Estimate.  I was happy with the original estimate and didn't understand how it could be even better but he said he tries to estimate higher than anticipated to avoid surprises.  The entire process went smoothly and the result exceeded what he'd promised.”
