Brent was referred to me by my settlement company. His rates were
competitive at the lender he worked for at the time. I ultimately chose him to originate my
loan because he was extremely thorough, communicated professionally and offered
me multiple options that would work best for me. He never once rushed or pushed
me to a decision. Glad I went with Brent because he made sure my loan closed on
time and as-sold.
After origination he left the
lender he was working for which worried me at the time. However he was
committed and continued to follow my loan application through to closing even
after moving onto his new company. There were some changes I encountered
after the underwriter's review and Brent made sure all those issues were
corrected before closing. Truly an honest guy I was not expecting him to jump
in and take over the way he did since he was working with a new lender. Another
team member at his former lender had taken over my application and was not as responsive
as Brent was. Brent's service and communication were far superior than his old colleagues.
Every lender and organization needs a person like Brent.
I can't attest enough how he
went beyond my expectations. After closing he even called to follow up to
ensure I knew what to expect. Great person to work with for the loan. This is
my third new mortgage (not including a few refinances) and he's even better
