SC 1st time homebuyers. VERY SWEET

 My husband and I were starting a family so we decided to purchase our first home. Brent was recommended by my sister-in-law as a professional who would provide great help and guidance when we needed it. And she was 100% right.
From the very beginning-when we had no idea where to start from and what to do, until the actual closing on the home he was patient with us, understanding and always there for us.
    What I really liked was that he prepared us for the worst case scenario. So what could have happened afterwards could only become better. Throughout the 6 months of house search I had spoken to many lenders but they all painted a beautiful picture and gave me luring settlement numbers. But not Brent. He chose to be realistic, not competitive. And that was the right thing to do for us.
    It was a bumpy roller coaster ride but while I am writing this testimonial I am watching the snow fall down through the window of our own home and I know that in 1 month, when our son gets born, we have the right home to raise him in. It is a feeling like no other.
