 Was interested in refinancing so I did some research and also gave Brent Mendelson of Capital Bank a call.  Brent was responsive, explained the process, and made it super easy to get a great rate with low costs AND help us to quickly close on our refinance.  The only disappointment - we weren't able to beat Brent's 9-day start-to-close record!  The Capital Bank website and portal to support the loan process were also user friendly and quite good.  If I have ever have home financing needs again I will be sure to look at Capital Bank again and/or call Brent Mendelson.  Full disclosure - this is the second loan where I've worked with Brent (first was for first-time home buyer house purchase).  If you cannot tell based on my repeat usage I would highly recommend that anyone interested in a home loan reach out to Brent.  If you don't have a loan guy, Brent should be your guy!
