Brent’s customer service was extraordinary! We have re-financed with him twice. At first, we had tried to re-finance with the big bank that held our old mortgage, but they weren’t responsive to our particular needs and they didn’t follow through. Brent took us under his wing. Our experience with both re-finances was outstanding. Brent listened, understood our priorities, worked with us to examine our options. We had a thousand questions, and Brent quickly replied to our emails – evenings and weekends included. He was always willing to take the time to explain. He went to bat for us, getting us considerations that saved us a lot, all inside the lines of todays tougher lending regulations. He kept us informed and assured, and we required more than a little hand-holding! Brent made the whole process easy on us, walking us through the paperwork and the closing. We are very happy with both of our new mortgages, and we are very grateful to Brent for how hard he worked for us.
