I have been a customer of Brent Mendelson's for at least the past decade and a half spread across multiple properties of mine and half dozen+ loans and re-fi's. His knowledge, thoroughness, and understanding of my needs are why I have and will continue to do business with Brent. I urge you to do so as well. Avoid the hard sell/ pressure and artificial deadlines of others. Skip the games and go with the best.
