Though I'm sure my situation of using an out of state
lender is not a unique one, I do feel that Brent made me feel special
considering the amount of time and effort he spent working on my loan.
Initially, I was under contract with a very difficult seller and a listing
agent that had not done their due diligence. Long story short, I walked away
from that situation and went under contract to my dream home days later. It
required Brent and team to double step to get me through to close in about 20
days. Needless to say, he did it!
