We were extremely happy with all of the work Brent did with us in the purchasing of our new home. He was very patient when we submitted numerous potential homes to him to run cost breakdowns, which was helpful in making our final home selection. His closing numbers were very precise and there were no surprises at settlement. He also provided advice on the price range and type of loan we should be comfortable with. We would highly recommend him and hope to work with him again on future home purchases!
