Brent just finished our loans a few weeks ago. We did our primary and an investment. Both went as smooth as can be. We weren't sure at first about using an online lender but his rate was better than other lenders in the area and he was so responsive. So thanks for all the hard work and we will pass your name out to friends if they ask who they should use in PA.
