Brent’s customer service was extraordinary! We had tried to re-finance with the big bank that held our old mortgage, but they weren’t responsive to our particular needs and they didn’t follow through. Brent took us under his wing. He listened, understood our priorities, worked with us to examine our options, and showed us how we could obtain a shorter loan. We had a thousand questions, and Brent quickly replied to our emails – evenings and weekends included. He was always willing to take the time to explain. He went to bat for us, getting us considerations that saved us a lot, all inside the lines of today’s tougher lending regulations. He kept us informed and assured, and we required more than a little hand-holding! Brent made the whole process easy on us, walking us through the paperwork and the closing. We are very happy with our new mortgage, and we are very grateful to Brent for how hard he worked for us.
